Acceptance of “Refund Policy”

  1. Your refund processing time depends on the type of refund and the payment method you used.
  2. The refund period/process starts when “Premium Fruits” processes your refund as per your refund type.
  3. The refund amount covers the product price and shipping fees for your returned product.

Type Of Refunds

  1. Refunds from Returns – Refunds are processed after your item is returned to the warehouse and QC is completed.
  2. Refunds from Canceled Orders – Refunds are automatically initiated once the cancellation is successfully processed.
  3. The refund process starts once the refund-item reaches the seller from the failed delivery. Please note that it may take longer depending on the area of your shipping address.
  4. The product must be unused, undamaged, undamaged and free of defects. Product must include original tags, user manual, warranty card, free gift, invoice and accessories.
  5. Product must be returned in original and undamaged manufacturer’s packaging/box. If the product is supplied in Premium Fruits’s packaging/box, the same packaging/box should be returned. Do not place tape or stickers directly on the manufacturer’s packaging/box.
  6. It is important to mention the order number and return tracking number on your return package to avoid any inconvenience/delay in your return process.
  7. While handing over your package to the drop-off station/pickup agent, please collect the “Premium Fruits” Return Acknowledgment Form and retain it for future reference.
